Laura oversees the day-to-day operations of Concierge PT, ensuring our clinics, teams, and systems work seamlessly to deliver an exceptional patient experience! She partners closely with other members of the leadership team to support growth initiatives, optimize our internal processes, and plays a key role in ensuring every location is equipped to provide the highest level of service and care that we possibly can.

Laura received her Bachelor of Arts in English/Communications from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Her background combines two things she loves: working in the physical therapy field and management/operations. In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons.
