Very social and friendly staff. They set you up with your routine and let you go at it. If they see you’re not performing your exercises to standard, they are prompt to address it (politely), so you get the most out of your therapy. From my experience, all the staff show genuine care for their patients.

Concierge Physical Therapy was able to get me back to being able to do the physical activities I enjoy. My first visit was with Dr. Brendan Sardella. He diagnosed my shoulder problems and provided a clear plan to restore a full range of movement and strengthen the muscles. The entire Southborough team is welcoming and works hard to make PT enjoyable. I highly recommend them.

I visited concierge for pain in my neck. I have worked closely with Toby and Evan. Toby is kind and understanding of my pain. He is the best physical therapist one could have. He came up with new exercises and treatment modalities to relieve me of my pain. Evan is highly professional physical therapist. The needle therapy with Evan is the best and really helped me.Both of them have given me confidence to handle my pain and provided me with exercises that I could do at home. I will be happy to recommend Concierge therapy to my family and friends for all the good work they do.

This place was great. Deanna and Rebecca both did great and pushed me hard to get back to playing again. They knew what they were talking about and made it enjoyable for me. I'd definitely recommend this place.

i have been treated at cpt over a few months for chronic back pain. rebecca has been amazing! she was able to quickly evaluate where i was at and develop a plan that really eased my pain. aysa and deanne were also super thorough when i couldn’t schedule with rebecca. evan was also very helpful during my sessions! i could always feel the care and thought that went into my sessions. 10/10 definitely do recommend!!
