Concierge Physical Therapy in Hopkinton is one of the best physical therapy experiences I’ve had. I came in dealing with significant back pain, and Taylor, James, and the entire team made a real difference, not just in my recovery, but in helping me understand what was going on and how to move forward. What really sets this place apart is how much they genuinely care. They take the time to listen, explain things, and work with you one-on-one rather than just hand you a list of exercises and send you on your way. I felt like they really wanted me to understand what was causing the problem and help me get better for the long term. At a time when I was struggling to get that kind of support elsewhere, that meant a lot. Everyone there is so welcoming, and there’s just a great energy about the place. You can tell the team genuinely cares about the people who walk through their doors. I’m incredibly grateful to Taylor, James, and the whole team for everything they’ve done.
