Dr. Katelyn Cathey-Johnson
Physical Therapist
Dr. Katelyn Cathey-Johnson is originally from Texas and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Tufts University. Prior to entering the physical therapy field, she spent eight years working in veterinary medicine, where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, compassion, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This unique background continues to shape her holistic approach to rehabilitation.
As a Physical Therapist at CPT, she is passionate about helping patients return to the activities they love. She has a strong interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation and is dedicated to continually advancing her clinical skills in these areas. Her long-term goal is to combine her backgrounds in both human and animal care by pursuing opportunities in animal physical therapy.
Outside of the clinic, Katelyn enjoys staying active through working out, hiking, and spending time with her family. She values an active lifestyle and strives to help her patients build strength, confidence, and resilience in their everyday lives.
