James is a Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated from the North Shore Community College PTA Program in 2025. He has experience across a variety of settings, including outpatient orthopedics, adult day health programs, and home care. His clinical approach incorporates a range of manual therapy techniques such as Graston, cupping, trigger point therapy, and soft tissue mobilization.

James has worked with a diverse patient population, ranging from athletes returning to sport to geriatric and pediatric patients. He values building strong relationships with his patients and helping them return to the activities that matter most to them.

Outside of the clinic, James enjoys hiking, fishing, and spending time snowboarding during the winter months.
