Erin serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition & Development at Concierge PT, where she leads the organization’s people strategy during an exciting period of growth and expansion. She’s responsible for attracting exceptional talent, building sustainable clinician pipelines, designing onboarding and career development programs, and creating the systems and infrastructure that support employee growth and long-term success.
With more than 20 years of experience spanning talent acquisition, workforce development, higher education, and organizational consulting, Erin has dedicated her career to helping people and organizations reach their full potential. Her background includes leadership roles across healthcare, human services, education, financial services and technology, giving her a unique perspective on building high-performing teams and developing future leaders.

At CPT, Erin partners closely with leadership to shape workforce strategy, develop career pathways, leadership programs, and create meaningful employee experiences that enable team members to grow and thrive. She is passionate about helping people discover their potential and believes that investing in employees ultimately leads to exceptional patient experiences and exceptional patient care.

Erin holds her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from the University of Hartford and maintains certifications in Basic Life Support, QPR Suicide Prevention Training, and Trauma-Informed Coaching. She is particularly passionate about supporting veterans and first responders as they transition into new chapters of life, helping them find purpose, build meaningful connections, and create fulfilling careers beyond their service.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, supporting her community, and fostering meaningful connections that help people build resilience, find purpose, and create opportunities for growth.
