Dr. Brian Szmigiel began his career in the Farmington Valley as a strength and health coach where he established fitness centers, community outreach programs, and tailored programs to help individuals reach their respected goals.

He attended American International College in Springfield, MA, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences as well as his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Brian also received certifications in Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction to continue to make an impact on people’s health and longevity.

As Clinic Director of CPT’s Southborough location, Brian aims to lead by action and use an individualized approach to patient centered care.

Outside of the clinic, Brian loves to enjoy nature, spend time with his family and friends, and travel occasionally.
