Entry Level Clinician (New Grads)

Start your career with support you can actually feel! Through structured mentorship, hands-on coaching, and regular feedback, you’ll build confidence and develop your skills without ever feeling like you’re figuring it out alone.

LEVEL TWO

Independent Clinician

Find your rhythm as a confident and capable provider. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your caseload while continuing to learn, collaborate, and grow alongside a supportive team with plenty of educational and advancement opportunities.

LEVEL THREE

Senior Clinician

Take the next step with your impact! Senior Clinicians are trusted leaders who help shape clinic culture, share their knowledge, and make everyone around them push to be 1% better each day.

LEVEL FOUR

Team Lead/Clinical Specialist

Take your first step into leadership and making a difference beyond your own schedule. Team Leads help onboard and encourage teammates, strengthen clinic culture, and become the kind of person others naturally turn to for guidance.
