Jake holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, complemented by minors in Exercise Science, Health and Wellness, Coaching, and Physical Education. His primary expertise lies in outpatient orthopedic care, specializing in return-to-sport and late-stage rehabilitation for high school and college athletes. His experience includes incorporating manual therapy techniques like IASTM and cupping, along with innovative strengthening methods such as Blood-Flow Restriction and Alter-G treadmill training to facilitate improved patient outcomes.
He has also spent time designing and implementing sport-specific strength training programs as well as instructing return to throw and return to run protocols to facilitate athletes' recovery outside the clinic. His personal experience with shoulder surgery in high school ignited his passion for physical therapy, and he is dedicated to helping others recover and get back to what they love!
