Q: Do I need a monthly membership to be a patient at CPT?
No - memberships are optional add-ons to your active PT plan of care. Every patient automatically receives our Standard Care Welcome Package.
Q: Who is eligible for CPT Plus and CPT Premium Wellness?
You must have an active PT plan of care to sign up for the paid memberships. These memberships are not available for patients who only come for Shockwave, Dry Needling, or Sports Massage appointments.
Q: How long is the commitment?
No commitment necessary! We do recommend that you subscribe at least for the entire duration of your plan of care, but that’s not required.
Q: Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes, you can pause/skip your membership any time for travel, surgery, etc. Cancellations can also be made at any time, but they do require a 30 days’ notice. Failure to provide 30 days’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to (1) month of your membership fee.
Q: How do I book my included sessions? (Recovery Room, Shockwave etc)
Your PT or the front desk team will help you schedule your Recovery Sessions and wellness add-ons. Priority scheduling is included for CPT+ Premium Wellness members.
Q: Why should I consider a membership? Isn’t my active PT plan of care enough to get me better?
These services are not intended to replace physical therapy, simply enhance it! Our memberships are designed to help your results last, give you an ongoing access to treatments that enhance recovery, and save you money on services you’ll likely want anyway. Most patients find that the value pays for itself within the first month, whether you choose Plus or Premium.
